ARK believes innovation is key to growth. We aim to capture long-term growth and capital appreciation created by disruptive innovation. ARK’s Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) seek to offer:

Attractive performance uncorrelated to traditional investment strategies.

Access to companies in some of the most promising areas of the economy.

Exposure to aggressive growth through a fund rather than individual stocks.

Today, we identify more innovation platforms than ever before. Over time, innovation should displace industry incumbents, increase efficiencies, and gain majority market share. It is up to investors to understand the opportunities and invest at the pace of innovation.

ARK innovation ETFs are for investors who are passionate about the future, believing that innovation is key to growth.

These companies may also be exposed to risks applicable to sectors other than the disruptive innovation theme for which they are chosen, and the securities issued by these companies may underperform the securities of other companies that are primarily focused on a particular theme.
